Tipologías habitacionales, percepciones barriales y vínculos sociales vecinales. Exploraciones sobre el barrio de Michaihue, Área Metropolitana de Concepción, Chile

Using a case study conducted in the Michaihue neighborhood, result of progressive large-scale and high-rise social housing, possible impact that architectural typology can have on declared perception neighborhood preference predilection is analyzed, understanding these elements as positive basis to generate ties. Methodologically, responses dwellings households’ CENSUS were analyzed compared, alongside review personal networks applied neighbors who own both housing typologies. The findings show that, given same urban context individual attributes, marks difference when expressing for living their whether or not they would choose stay it.
